Holiday Inn - Downtown Centre Toronto - Upgrade Hospitality System and add Live Wakeup Call Monitor

Holiday Inn upgrades their existing Diavox Hospitality System at their Downtown Centre Toronto location. In response to the greater demand and popularity of the hotel, the Holiday Inn requested to expand the capacity of their existing Diavox system. Diavox provided more capacity for the ever increasing number of guests to access their voicemail and request wakeup calls. Along with these capabilities comes the expectation to make sure these services are accessible to all guests when they need them. Along with the expansion of services, Diavox also provided applications to help the hotel staff monitor and deliver these services.
